Write on only one side of the paper
When writing dates always use the same format

out), and four-digit year
Use a three ring binder or similar item for
storing paper
Check family records and mementos

photos, funeral cards, diaries, baby

Christmas lists, account books, deeds,
yearbooks,
telephone directories, etc.
Store your information in a computer if
possible
Use charts and forms to record your information.
